Clunify is a Software Service delivered over the cloud. The Basic version is a free service and the same can be used by any Doctor/Clinic who signs up.
We offer a Pro version of the software which can be availed by clining on the Upgrade option provided within the application. All the available plans will be listed in this page with the details of the plan. Once you have upgraded the plan, monthly invoices will be generated at the end of each month and the invoices will be available in the Billing and Paymenys section of the admin console. You can make the payment against each of the invoices. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days of generation, then you may not be able to use the application. So, please ensure that the invoices are paid on time.
Apart from the Pro version, there are other packages like prescription via SMS/Email/Whatsapp. Respective packages can also be bought by clicking the Payment button from the respective page. These are prepaid packages and in case you wish to cancel the same, please contact us at info@clunify.com. We will issue a refund for the unused balance within 7 days.
All invoices and Payments status can be viewed from the Billing and Payments section.
