Clunify is developed as a SAAS (Software as a Service) product. This means that you don't have to install anything on your computer. It works on Android Mobiles, iPhones, iPads, Android Tablets and Any Laptop or Desktop. You can use Clunify using any of the propular browsers like Chrome, Safari and Edge.

We understand that adding all your existing patients to Clunify will be a menace. That's why we have introduced QR code for each clinic. Please update your Clinic Profile and Download the QR Code. The same can be printed and displayed in your reception. Patients can self register themselves by scanning the QR code and entering the details. This allows you to save lots of time.
There are two ways. They can call up the Clinic and take an appointment or use the Patient app for making the appointments. If the doctor adds a Next Visit date while entering a Consultation, then an appointment is automatically added for the said date.
If the Clinic has subscribed for an SMS or Whatsapp package, then the patient receives an alert when an appointment is made, rescheduled or cancelled. Patient will also get a reminder message.
These packages helps you save lots of time. Appointment scheduling sends a message. Along, with this you can stop writing prescriptions. When a consultation is completed. The patient gets a message on his phone with a link. He can see the prescriptions by clicking on the link.
We will show you a reminder on the application when the package has expired. You can recharge the SMS/Whatsapp package from one of the available plans.
Yes. You can reschedule your appointments to any date. You can even cancel the appointment.
We have taken care of this in the Pro version. You can mark this in the application and all the appointments for the specidic day or time will be cancelled and the patients will be notified by SMS/Whatsapp.
Yes. You can go back in time and see the appointments and consultation details of any patient.
